Most established local service businesses have already tried things: a website, some ads, maybe a sponsorship or two. Something isn’t converting, and you’re not sure what. I find exactly where your customer journey is actually breaking, then build the systems to fix it.
Strategy built for local, service-based businesses, not generic ecommerce playbooks
Hands-on experience across local businesses and local non-profits
A formal marketing education backing up the practical experience

An ad rep from Yelp called, and you said yes. The sponsorship request from the local hockey team landed again this year, and you said yes to that too. The website got built a few years back and nobody’s touched it since. You run your intake system on a clipboard, and haven’t checked if it’s accurate. All of these efforts might be helping… but it’s difficult to tell how much.
This isn’t a lack of effort on your part. It’s a lack of a way to measure what’s actually working, and that’s fixable.
Before you spend another dollar, you’ll know exactly what’s costing you clients, so nothing gets fixed that wasn’t actually broken.
When a client is searching for the exact service you provide, your business shows up at the top of the list – not your competitors.
Everyone who reaches out gets tracked and contacted, so your leads get prompt attention and don’t move ahead with a competitor instead.
The leads you’re getting turn into signed clients more often, because someone follows up consistently, not just when there’s a free moment.
Every month you see results in terms of views, calls, direction requests, inquiries, and bookings, so you know exactly what’s earning its keep.
Once you know what’s actually bringing in clients, we put more into that so business keeps growing instead of flattening out.
THE DIFFERENCE

I had already built and run two businesses before I went back and earned my Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing. I’ve been in marketing for 20+ years now, helping local businesses and local non-profits set up the systems they need to steadily grow.
Most consultants specialize in one thing, then pitch you that service whether or not it’s what you actually need. I start by auditing the whole business, then build whatever’s missing, whether that’s a website fix, an ad campaign, or a CRM. You get one person who sees the full picture and fixes what’s actually blocking growth.
We’ll start with a conversation about where your business is, what your marketing has done so far, and whether it makes sense to work together.
